One- Crown Place

​

One Crown Place is a purpose built mixed-use development. The twin ‘North’ and ‘South’ skyscrapers hold 246 residences, with 10,650 sqm of  commercial  office space housed in a 6-floor building. There is also a variety of retail units a boutique hotel and members’ club in the period buildings on Sun Street. On-Wood supplied and manufactured circa 200nr of bespoke panelled doorsets, with matching flush and panelled wall linings, reveal and window linings. The veneers where stained and finished by hand by our french polishers  

Hillfield Court 
 

 Hillfield Court is a prominent art deco residential mansion block in Belsize Park, in the London Borough of Camden, built in 1934. It is located off Belsize Avenue and can also be accessed from Glenloch Road. It is one of the many purpose built mansion blocks on Haverstock Hill between Chalk Farm and Hampstead. It is close to the amenities near Belsize Park tube station, as well as the shops of Belsize Village, South End Green and Hampstead.

As part of the vital upgrades for fire protection on existing residential blocks, On-Wood manufactured Circa 250nr galzed cross corridor door sets and riser doors as well as providing all the antique bronze ironmongery to aid in giving the door sets an aged appearance to complementing the existing art deco decor. 

Medway Hospital

 

Medway Maritime Hospital is a general hospital in Gillingham, England within the NHS South East Coast. It is Kent's largest and busiest hospital, dealing with around 400,000 patients annually. It was founded as the Royal Naval Hospital in 1902 for the Naval personnel at the Chatham Dockyard. The hospital was where the Piano Man was taken after being found wandering in a soaking wet suit and tie.

 

On-Wood assisted in vital fire door upgrades to the first three levels of the hospital  and supplied circa 300Nr door sets. Manufactured from our high performance door cores the doors where finished in an Ash veneer with hygienic lacquers applied to teh doors and frames where exposed. Areas of the doors such as the edges, vision panel beads and lower section where wrapped in a 2mm PVC clad for protection
